Introduction
Loafcash ($LCASH) is a token on Solana where every transaction is private by default. You hide your transactions through this site.
Private by default
Most Solana tokens put every balance and transfer on a public explorer. $LCASH doesn't. Amounts, senders and recipients are shielded on every transfer, and there is no setting to turn privacy off.
Metadata
Transaction metadata can't be exported. Nobody can pull a history of your wallet from Loafcash, because there's no readable history to pull.
Origin
In 2020, ZEC could be minted as an ERC-20 on Ethereum as renZEC, built by Ren protocol and backed 1:1 by native ZEC. Zcash founder Zooko followed it closely and shared it with the Zcash community.
The idea for a private-by-default token on Solana came from Mert. By forking Zcash's shielded tech, we've made it a reality.
Using the site
Each page in the sidebar does one job. Convert gets you $LCASH. Shield hides it. Explorer shows network totals. Fees lists what you pay.
Launch status
Loafcash is not live. The explorer and fees read zero, and convert and shield are switched off until launch.
Questions
Is this Zcash?
No. $LCASH is its own token on Solana. It builds on the shielded technology Zcash pioneered.
Can anyone see my balance?
No. Shielded balances and transfers aren't readable by other people.
Why is everything zero?
Because nothing is live yet. Numbers start at launch.
Why bread?
Bread has always meant money.
